1. Be kind/civil, comments or posts attacking, being mean, or otherwise insulting or inappropriate behavior will be removed. 
2. Do not diagnose people based on their posts- even if you are a doctor or medical professional. If you feel like you have concerns that an individual might fit some form of criteria for a diagnosis or if you have personal anecdotes of your own disability you can contribute to the relative conversation, but do so in a way that isn't diagnosing them. (Don't do this example: wow I think you might have X disability! Do this example: Wow this reminds me of my own experiences with X)
3. Don't discriminate against others with disabilities. Disability occurs in lots of different ways, visible/invisible, mental, physical, etc., please keep that in mind when interreacting with those posting here. 
4. A lot of the rules I want to add are just me pointing back to rule 1 so please just- don't be an asshole. 
5. Feel free to post about your own experiences and news relating to this comm including articles and medical research but if you're posting about the latter please make sure you do your due diligence to make sure that it is an accurate representation of the topic it's discussing (or add relevant commentary as to why you're posting it).
6. Mutual Aid posts pertaining to you and your disability are welcome to be reposted here. 
7. If you don't identify as disabled, but do as chronically ill you are also welcome here!
