Hi I'm K (they/them) and I make art and have praying mantises for pets.

Degree in animation and creative writing, 3D modeler, self taught digital painter, award winning (???) watercolor artist and independent animated film maker. Beginner macro photographer, aspiring voice actor and occasional streamer. Currently freelancing.

Remember that if you keep exotic pets you must NEVER release them into the wild and be extremely careful to not let them escape. Check your local laws and do extensive research into care requirements before acquiring any exotic pet. Only purchase exotic species that have been captive bred.

All exotic mantises I keep are tropical species; I live in a high-altitude desert with harsh winters, so there is no chance of an escapee becoming invasive.
